That's right! For the first 5 years Cotton State Barns will cover all defects (normal aging and wear excluded) with regard to materials* and/or craftsmanship - AT NO CHARGE TO YOU!

Simply Stated, Cotton State Barns stands behind its product - PERIOD!

We also offer a limited life-time warranty on all pressure treated materials against termite damage and fungal decay.

*Water sealant not included.
(Pre-Owned barns are usually sold ‘as is’, and some warranties may not apply.)
